This course is designed for those teachers, or therapists,  wishing to deepen their experience of Yoga Nidra so that they can share this incredible pratice with others. The practice given is based on the practice of Yoga Nidra developed, and taught, by Satyananda Yoga/Bihar School of Yoga.

This is a practical course and you will be expected to commit to a daily practice of Yoga Nidra throughout the course. 

Not only will this inform your teaching going forward, it also has the potential to be a profoundly transformative period on your personal path.
