What to expect at classes

Essential Nature Yoga classes are authentic, holistic experiences that include asana (physical postures), pranayama (breath work) and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) and or meditation practices.

Each class is 90 minutes in length and they take place on a Monday evening at 7:30pm.

Don't worry if you can't attend in person, recordings are made available to everyone who signs up to each class and are accessible for 4 weeks.

Classes are suitable for everyone regardless of experience or ability and we invite those who are less physically able to visualise practices if needed.

All classes are on a donation/pay what you

can afford basis
