What to expect from a class

Our classes, whilst being influenced by wide range of teachings, remain true to the authentic depth and wisdom held within traditional practices. Each class will include asana (physical postures), pranayama (breath work) and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) and or meditation practices.

Classes are 90 minutes in length and they take place monthly on a Monday evening at 7:30pm.

Don't worry if you can't attend in person, recordings are made available to everyone who signs up to each class and are accessible for 4 weeks.

Sessions are suitable for everyone regardless of experience or ability and we invite those who are less physically able to visualise practices if needed.

All classes are on a donation/pay what you

can afford basis
